These terms cover your use of tombeckhauser.shop (the "site"), which is operated by Tom Motorsports s.r.o., Blatecká 3344, 276 01 Mělník, Czech Republic, company ID (IČO) 06853838 ("we", "us"). 2. Purchases are made from Fourthwall

All products shown on this site are sold and shipped by Fourthwall, Inc., not by us. When you check out, you buy directly from Fourthwall, which is the seller and merchant of record. Your order, payment, shipping, taxes, returns, refunds and order support are covered by Fourthwall's terms of sale and policies, which you're shown and accept at checkout:

3. Prices and availability

Prices, product details and stock come live from Fourthwall and can change without notice. Prices shown in a currency other than the shop's base currency are converted and may differ slightly. Shipping costs and any applicable taxes or duties are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. The price shown at checkout is the one that applies.

Product photos and mock-ups are for illustration. Colours can look different depending on your screen.

All artwork, illustrations, logos, names and other content on this site are owned by Tom Motorsports s.r.o. or Tom Beckhäuser, or used with permission, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view the site and share links to it. You may not copy, reproduce, sell or use the artwork or branding for any other purpose, including on your own products, without our written permission.

5. Using the site

Please don't misuse the site. That includes interfering with how it works, trying to access it or its systems without permission, scraping it at scale, or using it for anything unlawful.

The site links to services we don't control, such as Fourthwall's checkout and social media platforms. We aren't responsible for their content or practices, and their own terms and privacy policies apply.
